In this "Pro" version of the app you can set it to run for upto 24 hours.

The “clock ticking” sound effect can be turned ON/OFF via the speaker button on the main screen. The “Clock Alarm”, “Fanfare” and the “Explosion” sound effects can be controlled via the volume and mute contols on the Apple device.

The timer has a switch in the settings area to enable the user to select if it should run in the background or not.

Yes. There is a switch in the settings to allow the "Time's Up" animation to run or not. It is also possible to select which of the two available styles of animation to run. We hope to add more "Time's Up" animations in the future.
