In the Free version of the app you are limited to spliting any Group into 2 Teams. Follow the steps below to insert the Groups of children into the App. Once you have done this once they will be available to be allocated into Teams numerous times.

1. First create a group by tapping on the settings icon towards the bottom right of the screen.

2. Once in the settings screen tap on the plus button by the word "Groups".

3. To add members to the group tap on the plus sign in the group members section.

4. Type the name then tap return.

5. Repeat this until you have populated the group.

6. You can now decide if you want to switch specific "Team members" on or off

7. Tap the "Play" button to go to the main screen

8. All you need to do now is tap the "?" button to display the names and have them automatically allocated to the relevant Team.

Points to Note:

You can create upto 3 Groups with upto 20 Group members in each in this "Starter" version of the app.

The names will be displayed in a random order.

Group members can be switched ON/OFF on the settings screen. If a name is switched OFF it will not be selected.

 The selections will finish once all active group members have been displayed.

A group contains all the "Group Members" e.g. Students in a class, that you wish to divide into two  "Teams". So, this this case if there were 20 students in a class and you defined 2 Teams, then there would be 10 students in each Team.

That should not be a problem. The app will notify you that not the two Teams will have an unequal number of members. It will then work in the usual way, distributing members as evenly as possible into the two Teams.

Groups and Group members can be deleted by tapping on the "-" button in either the "Group" or "Group member" area of the settings screen. When tapped a "X" buton will appear next to each Group/Group member, simply tap on the "X" next to the Group/Group member you wish to delete.

The Free "Starter" version of the app only allows the use of the Jungle Theme. In order to use the other Temes listed you must upgrade to the "Pro" version of the app.

This Free "Starter" version of the app allows for the following:

• Up to three Groups
• Each Group can have up to twenty Group members
• Each Group can be divided into two Teams.
