Tap on the "Settings" icon in the bottom right of the screen and then select "Microphone". Here you will see a slider called "Sensitivity". This is where you can adjust the sensitivity to suit your classroom environment.

The dampening slider adjusts the speed of response of the needle to any changes in volume in the room. The more dampening the less quickly the needle responds to changes in volume. This can be especially useful when the class is working quitely and the sensitivity is set to high, it helps prevent the needle "bouncing" around for any cough/sneeze etc.

The claibrate button is designed to configure the app to "filter out" any background noises, such as air conditioning or traffic noise. That way the app is responding to changes in volume levels in the room.

Star Awards are the reward system built into the App. Students are Awarded "Stars" if they can control their noise levels for a pre-configured period of time. The teacher has full control over the level of noise that can be tolerated and the period of time the app runs for. 

In broad terms the Teacher can set Star Awards to be Awarded in two different ways:

1. By setting the time for each Star to be Awarded e.g. Two minutes of controlled noise time for each Star Award.
2. By setting the overall time the class is monitored for noise levels, e.g. To see how many Star Awards can be achieved in a 30 minute session. The timings between each Star Award is automatically adjusted so if the class, in this case keep noise levels under control for the full 30 minute session they will be rewarded the maximum 10 Star Awards.

The idea behind making so many different "Themes" available in Too Noisy Pro is entirely to keep the app "fresh" for students. There are actually over 200 Dial / Background theme combinations (with more to come). So the class should neven get bored with any particular set of graphics. Some of the Themes are seasonal such as a Winter Theme and some are event based such as Christmas and Halloween.

Yes. You can do this using the Apple screen mirroring support. Note: you will need to have the required hardware/software support to do this e.g. Apple TV

Yes, there is a bluetooth option o the main screen of the ap. Any Bluetooth supported audio devices are supported.

Yes, Too noisy is a universal app and can be used on both iPhone and iPad. As per Apple licensing, the app can be used on upto five devices associated with the same Apple account, which can be a combination of iPads and iPhones.
